Love the new toaster and the retro look and color fit my kitchen to a tee.

So far it's been working quite well. It looks great! Its got that retro vibe. We don't keep any appliances on our counter, but we pull this out of the pantry every morning. We do leave it out until it cools down, so we get to admire it for a bit. It toasts as well as any other toaster I've owned. ALL toasters, in my experience, toasts unevenly. My remedy has been to toast it, usually on the number 2 setting, then flip it over for a second cycle. It turns out just the way I like it. The only complaint I have is, its hard to see what setting its on. I'm planning to take a fine brush, and carefully apply white paint to the raised ridge indicator. I do recommend the toaster.

What a great toaster; the slots are extra wide to easily accommodate bagels and thickly sliced bread. I love the retro look. Make sure however, that you have adequate storage or counter space because it’s a large toaster and takes up a good deal of space.

Beautiful toaster,fit and finished are excellent,toasts consistently well,only reason for 4 stars is the light and dark settings are a small button on the bottom and you can't see the setting without lifting toaster,bad design

Looks good, does what it’s supposed to and is priced right. It’s not too heavy but it feels cheaper and watch out….its spring loaded and bouncy so you may have to jump to catch them when they pop up. I don’t anticipate it lasting a bunch of years…but if you’re picky about the appearance of kitchen appliances you won’t be disappointed this one is beautiful.

I like the knobs, red color is bright, the slices are wide for toast or bagels which is nice, would recommend this item.

I was beginning to think a good toaster no longer existed. First bought a Black & Decker toaster which had a bagel button that did nothing. Started reading reviews of other toasters that had too many consistent issues. Then we found this toaster. Good reviews, so I bought. It works well, Bagel button turns off heating elements on one side as it should. The toasting does a great job. I highly recommend it; not negatives after a successful week of making toast using multiple kinds of bread. Some mention that their toaster had a chemical smell, this is a manufacturing thing. I suggest you run it under the stove exhaust fan for a couple cycles (think I did 4 times - maybe overkill), and no longer have any smells. I don't normally write reviews, but it was nice to actually find a great toaster. Very happy so far!

Before we bought this, we had an Oster long slot 4 slice toaster. It could never toast a piece of bread decently and we hated the thing. So we decided to bite the bullet on the Roto Mond 4 slice toaster. What a difference! This toaster looks fantastic, and toasts brilliantly and consistently. It has a feel of quality about it and does the job perfectly. I would definitely recommend it!
