Being almost a year. Very good product at affordable price

It's good, BUT
It is a good product. The only concern is the paint ( or whatever it is called) that black colour is vanishing, not at first but if you use the handle daily.

very unreliable product
The product broke down the next day i installed. The seller is completely unresponsive as i send so many messages with not a single reply but still they claim to give 2 years warranty. the amazon was also completely unhelpful on this as they kept on telling me to contact the seller even knowing that the seller is completely on responsive. just do not buy this product and dont ever rely on the warranty claim.

Quality product
Suits perfectly for a 32 mm door. Nice finish in ABM. Cylinder has bit of a play yet does well. Feels premium in hand.

Bought this on may 2024 , feb 2025 it got damaged . Carpenter told this is Chinese product .
