I used to get regular cramp attacks in my toes during photo shoots. The pain was unreal and I genuinely though I was regularly dislocating my toes until I was informed otherwise. Taking these tablets has stopped my cramp attacks - I take 2 at the start of the day and another 2 after 4 hours if I am on all all-day shoot.
