Review: Buy it - This is a good microscope to learn with. We looked at a basil leaf that had a bit of cobweb on it and quickly found a caterpillar looking critter on it that you couldn't see with the naked eye. Needless to say, the whole family is in awe. Little thing was just munching away with his weird-like mouth appendages. Never eating unwashed food from the garden again. We also looked at a drop of blood and you can see the blood cells, super cool. The kids have been playing with this thing for hours and the only thing that ever holds their attention this long is gaming or YouTube. Definitely one of the best birthday presents I've ever purchased and worth the $50. Comes with everything you need to get started.
