Craftmade DL60DMI5CRW Deer Lodge Rustic Dual Mount 60" Ceiling Fan with 180 Watts Light Kit and Wall & Remote Control, 5 Plywood Blades, Dark Mahogany

We've had this for about 6 years now in our master bedroom. It is very attractive but requires its own specialized switch (included) which is not. The light domes are such it throws very little actual light. Using the upper lights alone is problematic since the fan blades interfere with the lighting. Changing the upper bulbs very awkward to impossible. Ours also made a noise at medium to high speeds. We've actually has Ellington replace the motor once under warranty and still can't get the noise to stop. It's a fine fan if you don't need it to be a useful fan or provide light. We're finally giving up and replacing it so we can sleep with a fan on
