Perfect Toilet for Tight Spaces
This toilet was the perfect solution for our tight bath space. We needed a toilet that didn’t project from the wall more than 25” to allow leg space. Awful noise and terrible customer service!
Within two months of installation the toilet started making a squealing noise after flushing, so I called customer service on 03/05/24 to get help. I was asked to send a video of it and did so immediately. That’s been 9 days ago and I still have no answers, and of course, no resolution! It also took them until 03/11/24 to tell me via email that they forgot to ask me for the original purchase order information! As of today, 03/14/24 I have not heard anything back in any form…phone call or email.
