I wasn't sure if it would be enough pressure, but it works great. This tip fits the stock sprayer with no adapter needed and gives a VERY nice and even/consistent pattern, unlike the tips that it comes with. I sprayed while walking at a regular pace (for me), and found out I needed to slow down. Walking at a slower pace got me close to that perfect "1000 sq ft per gallon" pace. Just mark off an area and do a trial run with just water to see what speed you need to walk at.
