Fantastic Product - Finally a Powered Sugar I can eat!
This product is fantastic as someone who has an intolerance to corn. It is nice to finally find a powered sugar that does not contain corn starch. The product is a bit clumpy - I fixed this by putting it in a zip-lock bag and going over it with a rolling pin. Excellent taste - great for making those delicious muddy buddies.

Corn-free; tastes great
I buy Wholesome Powdered Sugar because of a corn allergy. It is corn-free. We now can make smooth cake frosting instead of gritty frosting with regular cane sugar. Hey, any frosting is great, but being smooth makes it even better.

Great for everyday use!
I do a lot of baking and confectionary work, and do whatever I can to use the least processed, most wholesome ingredients I can find. It is fairly easy to find organic, unrefined sugar near my home, but not powdered sugar. I order this to try and was pleased with its quality and texture. I roll homemade marshmallows in it, and as a coating for meltaway candies. Lovely taste. Lovely texture.

Great sugar
It’s exactly what you’d expect - fine powdery white sugar that doesn’t clump much. And organic. Perfect for all that quarantine baking!

Expensive but excellent product.
As a cake baker, I use this powdered sugar regularly for my organic and corn free customers. It has a great taste and works just as well as regular powdered sugarHowever, it is very expensive. Wish it was a bit more affordable. I used it for these organic, dye free baseball cupcakes.

Corn free powder sugar
Good substitute for regular powdered sugar. No difference than using regular powdered sugar

Corn FREE
So a dear friend is allergic to corn - and corn seems to be in everything. I tried a pound of this corn free powdered sugar, and it was great, so I went ahead and bought the 6 pack. Much cheaper to buy the larger quantity ($5/pound, vs $8/pound). My friend will get two bags for Christmas, and I'll keep the rest for my own baking/frosting. You really can't tell the difference, flavor wise, between this powdered sugar and the stuff w/ corn starch in it. The only difference is you add a little less milk when you make your frosting, or add a little more of the sugar.
