Bioda Multi-Purpose Probiotic Enzyme Cleaner and Deodorizer, 1 Gallon

I could not write a review fast enough about this product. It is AMAZING! We recently moved into a new house and got a new puppy, and I have been trying different floor cleaners in my cleaning regimen. Of course a new puppy means potty training and the occasional accident. Other floor cleaners have worked okay, and the enzymatic spray we use has been great for spot cleaning, but this product has been exactly what I’ve been looking for. Used it once and it got up every hidden piece of dust/dirt/debris and left a clean lemon scent. So worth the price!

We’ve purchased this enzyme cleaner twice now, and it’s become a staple in our cleaning routine. It has a nice, clean scent without that strong chemical smell you get with a lot of pet cleaners. We don’t have carpet, so I haven’t personally tested it on pet stains, but I use it for mopping, wiping down walls, deodorizing pet bedding, and freshening up other soft surfaces. It does a great job of keeping the house smelling fresh and clean without being overpowering. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying!

Let me start by saying I have 7 dogs at various stages in their lives and this is the ONLY cleaner I trust around them. Really does a great job getting pet smells out of the floors and kennels. I hate using traditional cleaners with strong lingering scents that irritate me and my poor dogs for days. This has a lemon like scent that fades into nothing as it dries down. Use it for drain smells and the bathroom too. If anyone used to use the BioKleen multipurpose solution ( which was the absolute best all around but was discontinued) this is a great replacement.

So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

Works Well on Pet Accidents We’ve been using this enzyme cleaner for dog accidents on the carpet, and so far, we’re really happy with it. The smell of the cleaner itself isn’t overwhelming, which I appreciate, and it does seem to neutralize the odor from dog urine rather than just covering it up with a strong fragrance. It’s easy to use and has been a helpful product to have around for those unexpected accidents. So far, so good!

This is hands-down the most effective enzyme cleaner I have ever used. I’ve bought MANY similar cleaners thanks to 4 small dogs that love competing with each other both inside my house and outside on my deck. I previously used the Simple Green outdoor odor control liquid and liked the scent, however, I found that it only temporarily covered the urine smell and it would return a few days later. This Bioda cleaner fully removes the urine smell from our deck (and underneath it) and it doesn’t come back! I reapply every few weeks to help with new smells and am thrilled that the enzymes actually seem to digest the cause of the odors so they don’t return. The cleaner itself is pleasantly lightly scented as well :) I have also used this on carpet for scent and stain removal, and even inside a used refrigerator that smelled like death! It works amazingly in those applications as well and does not stain or discolor fabric or carpet. I’m thrilled to have finally found an odor eliminator that works!

I have a 15.5 year old puppy and he has started having inside bathroom time. Try as I might, I cannot get him to go in the same space/on a pad. I have tried a few different versions of this similar product - with the enzymes, and probiotic, etc etc. None of them work as well as this one. When I search around for a product that works, I search until I find one. This is the one! It works so well, has a nice smell, and my carpet is not stinky :) Best cleaner for pet accidents!

Highly recommend if you have pets, children or a husband. You can neutralize all their stink. Tough product that works to remove odors from pets, cooking, children etc! Ive purchased several times now and use it all over my home. The cleaner is concentrated so a little goes a long way. I add to my Bissell vac/mop, and even my eufy robot vac. I add to my mop bucket to clean the walls, fans and baseboards. I add to a spray bottle to use around the toilets and kitchen counters. It has a mild, not overwhelming, pleasant scent. But the best part is it neutralizes odors and makes your home CLEAN!
