I decided to give these smart bulbs a try before spending four times as much on Hue light bulbs. Am I glad I did!There's no need for a hub with these bulbs. Just set them up on the app and you are ready to use them with Alexa. Right away I noticed they are bright. Definitely the advertised 1,000 lumens. They are much brighter than my old 1,000 lumen smart bulbs, which I guess dimmed as they aged. Overall, I recommend the Lightinginside Smart Light Bulbs. They are a great product at a great price.

Ok the bulbs allow me to change the color and turn each room on as needed from my Echo or Alexa devices. I can change the brightness as well and all this at half the price of other bulbs. They are energy-efficient as well which will help with my elect bill but most of all saves me from getting up to turn on a light and risk falling ... The companies support team and company is amazing as well.

These smart bulbs are a great buy! The lighting quality is excellent — bright when you need it and soft when you want a more relaxed vibe.Setup was super easy, and they connected to Alexa with no issues at all. The functionality is awesome - being able to control everything from your phone or voice makes a huge difference.The colors are vibrant and transition really smoothly, with no flickering at all. Everything feels seamless and high quality.For the price, this is a fantastic deal. Super functional, easy to use, and looks great - definitely recommend!

I was able to pick these up on Prime's clearance day for a very good price. The smart bulbs are fantastic. I have one in each of my nightstand lamps and in the canister light above my bed. Once you download the app you have control of the on and off, and the whole spectrum of colors- soft light, natural light, and color lights. They are completely manageable through your phone- adjust the lights, add a timer, turn on and off. You will need a 2.4 G wifi to control the bulbs. These are adaptable to your Alexa or Google home manger. I love them! No more having to get out of bed to turn the lights on or off. These are extremely cost effective ~$1.50 a year. The app is available on App store or Google Play. The app has so many features to create whatever mood you want and to simplify your lighting needs. I'll buy more!

Amazing! sometimes the light loses connection and has to reset, but I'm not sure if it's an issue of my wifi service or the light itself

These smart bulbs are really easy to setup. I was able to get them up and running with the included SmartLife app in minutes. They paired nicely with some other Lightinginside smart bulbs that I already had running from a previous purchase. You can easily link the SmartLife app to Google Home for additional control there, though it isn't required.When scheduling automation for a whole room or multiple rooms in Google Home I found that applying Scenes created in SmartLife is a better solution than having Google Home manage the bulb adjustments directly. When Scenes get created in SmartLife they're automatically available in Google Home automation settings for Devices when both apps are connected. I think this triggers SmartLife to make the adjustment rather than Google Home. I'd often end up with one bulb that didn't get the changes from Google Home and sometimes need to trigger those automations more than once to get all changes applied to all devices.When adjusting settings for just one bulb either SmartLife or Google Home are able to do the job well. Google Home will sometimes forget that a bulb is off when I visit the app again after turning it off from within Google Home, not sure why that is, but everything still works. SmartLife has a little bit better dedicated control for finer detail since it is the provided device management app. Some of that is missed when adjusting the bulbs from Google Home. Other advanced settings like default state when switched on at the outlet are configured in SmartLife.I tried some of the Lightinginside 100W equivalent bulbs and found that the lowest setting was even too bright and ended up returning them. These 60W equivalent bulbs are much better for normal home use.

DO NOT BUYI bought a 6-pack of these when one of my old bulbs died, thinking I'd save a few bucks with a cheaper brand. Big mistake.I used the first bulb for about 4-5 months and it worked fine until it started flickering nonstop. It's not dead, but on standard white mode (which is how I use it 99% of the time), it flickers constantly and it's incredibly annoying.So I went to swap in one of the other 5 bulbs from the pack. Same problem. Then I tried another. And another. All 5 remaining bulbs do the exact same thing. They're properly paired and set up with my Alexa this isn't a setup issue, it's a product defect. Weirdly it works fine when set to a colored mode but the standard white mode is just constant flickering making them all completely unusable.Don't make my mistake. I spent $26 for bulbs that lasted 6 months before failing. Spend your money on a real brand that makes a quality product.

Love the color options and that it’s easy to install. Will definitely purchase more.

I've had these for about a year and a half now. They worked great for almost a year. At just about the year point I started having MAJOR connectivity issues with them. Like, multiple times a day they would disconnect and start flashing and I would have to reconnect them again. The connection would often fail so I would have to remove them from the app, and try to repair again. All as the lights are flashing because they're trying to connect. When this started happening I lost the ability to control the lights via my phone so I couldn't change the tones and values, and I couldn't change the colour's. Today they seemed to finally die. I should have gotten new lights a long time ago but I'm a student and it's honestly one of the least important things on a long and ever growing list of things that are constantly "on fire" so to speak. But I got these lights for convenience and they ended up being so horribly inconvenient as to be almost comical.
