This is beet powder and can be quite messy, but it is an amazing supplement. I have tested it with my blood pressure and after taking it does temporarily lower my blood pressure. it is also used as a pre-workout, but it doesn’t seem to give me that type of energy. Nonetheless, I think it’s an amazing product even if it is messy and can stain. It also tastes like dried up beets and that is to be expected. I still love this supplement!

This product has helped me so much. I was having heart palpitations constantly. I mean all day long for a long time. I bought this powder and put it in my coffee every morning, yes your coffee tastes a bit like beets, but I like the flavor. I have not had one heart palpitation since maybe the first week I started taking it. I started out with the chews which are delicious, but I did. Not want the extra sugar, I am almost finished with my first canister. It has lasted me at least 2 months. One scoop every morning. I love it!
