Utilizo está harina de maiz para elaborar muchos platos, desde darle consistencia a las frituras de maiz ,que hago utilizando el maiz de latas.. hago también pan de maiz..y la rica harina de maiz,un plato referido por los cubanos,una comida noble y sencilla que en lo particular a mi me encanta, es comida cubana tradicional..que me recuerda mi patria lejana pero muy amada..
