Bought this for my husband who has a hard time separating egg whites with just 2 halves of the shell. Works perfectly as long as you choose a bowl where this sits straight and sturdy. You might have to jiggle the separator a bit to speed up the process. Overall great kitchen tool, value for money, easy to clean, gets the job done.

Does exactly what it should
Super easy to crack and separate eggs with this tool. It fits right across my bowl, which is very convenient. I have always avoided recipes that call for egg yolks or egg whites because I'm terrible at cracking eggs and always break the yolk, but now it's actually fun to separate them! Seems good quality. I have run it through the dishwasher once already and it looks exactly like it did before. No complaints here!

Eier trennen - super einfach. Perfekter Alltagsartikel
Warum hab ich das nicht schon immer gehabt? Ernsthaft, ich frage mich das wirklich. Eier trennen war bei mir bisher immer ein bisschen schwierig – Eierschalen fallen rein, das Eigelb zerplatzt, Hände voller Eiweiß. Mit diesem Edelstahl-Trenner ist das kein Thema mehr. Einfach auf eine kleine Schüssel oder Tasse legen, EI raufschlagen, alles reinkippen, etwas sanft schütteln – fertig. Das Eiweiß läuft sauber durch, das Eigelb bleibt drin. Keine Schalen, kein Gefummel, kein Ärger. Das geht so schnell und unkompliziert, dass ich beim ersten Mal echt überrascht war. Die Verarbeitung aus Edelstahl ist solide und langlebig, nichts Billiges. Und abwaschen geht ruckzuck. Kleines Produkt, großer Unterschied im Alltag. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die regelmäßig backen oder kochen.
