Well made
Never got to use it because I was afraid to put holes in my rental units but seems well made and seems sturdy

In terms of looks for the finished product, I would give it 5/5: clean floating shelf look. However, there is a bit of bounce, so I would give it about 4/5 on sturdiness. Steel used seems fine. It is not the strongest, but that's reflected in the stated weight capacity. I would get this product if you are putting up a shelf and you don't intend to take items on and off constantly (so for asthetic purposes). The installed shelf had a 12 inch diameter, my guess is there might be no/limited bounce with a shelf thats around 6 inches in diameter.

Great product for floating shelves
This was a great option for floating shelves. I've used others but this is the best-looking option. Just make sure to measure meticulously before mounting, and remember that the piece of wood may also be crooked as well. Great product that I will use again and again.

No instructions. Not really.
Seems good. Seems legit. "Instructions on back." Nope! It would be good to know what SIZE diameter for drill, etc. 5/16 for mine is a bit too small. Are we doinging metric? Is this 8mm? Gee, I guess, but you might not know that on your own. I have NO bit set in metric, as an American. Back to the harware store now for something metric. Gee, thanks.

Not the best quality. You will need an 8mm drill bit which is not as common of a size.

Nice metal dowels
Works great when installing thin floating shelves. My shelves were not of a length that allowed me to screw into studs so I cut sheetrock and installed 2x4’s in the wall to screw into for added support. Took a little more work than I planned but the shelves look great.

Solved our problem
Works perfectly and solved our problem of having shelves without bulky ugly brackets.

Don't bother...super weak.
The description states it has 20lb, or 8Kg weight capacity but I found the threaded component bends so easy as it is made out of really cheap metal. I would not recommend buying.
