Solid construction and design. Be careful with what you put into the chamber, because herbs or garlic can and will get stuck inside. The injectable must be liquid; otherwise, it will clog. Easy to clean, and it is real stainless steel.

I have been using this for the last year to inject meats, primarily a lot for poultry and it functions great and has been very reliable. Cost is reasonable and it includes a small selection of accessories. The syringes are plenty sharp and easily penetrate the meat to inject your liquids. The top removes easily enough for cleaning and the included pipe cleaners help with cleaning the syringes. The build is sturdy and I haven't had any real issues with leakage.

Update- I've had it for 3 years now, have used it many times and it is still solid. Still on the first set of O-rings. I'm normally injecting herb butter into white meat and generally stick to the largest needle. Ive used it once and it worked well injecting a chicken with garlic butter. Easy to assemble and easy to clean except the smaller single hole needle head is smaller than either of the 2 cleaning brushes included which makes me hesitant to use it at all with anything thicker than oil. If my next usage changes my mind I'll update accordingly.

I like the three injection needles that came with it, different hole sizes, for different applications. The construction of this unit is sturdy, made from good metal and was very easy to clean. I only used it to inject my turkey for deep frying, but there are plans down the road to use it for various cuts of poultry and meats. This is far better than the plastic ones, that the needle sometimes bend. It's a good size too, very comfortable in my hands.

This products is well built and will last forever. I used it on a practice turkey and OMG, it was the juicest turkey I've ever had... It comes with multiple needles and cleaning brushes. Also comes apart for thorough cleaning.. they also throw 2 new replacement gaskets for the plunger. It will last a lifetime! I highly recommend you get it. You will not regret this purchase.
