Fybocalm Constipation relief, 30 capsules

I’ve been trying a few different supplements to help with occasional constipation and digestive discomfort, and these capsules have worked quite well for me. One thing I really appreciate is how easy they are to swallow. The capsules are a comfortable size and go down smoothly with water, which is important if you don’t like large tablets or powders. After taking them consistently for a few days, I noticed that they helped improve regularity and made digestion feel more comfortable overall. The effect felt gentle rather than harsh, which is something I personally prefer compared to stronger laxatives that can sometimes cause stomach cramps. Another positive is that the formula is naturally derived and gluten-free, which makes it suitable for people who prefer simpler digestive supplements. Pros ✔ Easy-to-swallow capsules ✔ Gentle support for constipation ✔ Helps improve digestive regularity ✔ Convenient capsule format ✔ Naturally derived ingredients Cons • Results may take a few days to notice • Needs to be taken consistently for best results Overall Overall, I’m happy with this product. It’s simple to take, gentle on the stomach, and helpful for occasional constipation, making it a good option for maintaining digestive comfort. taste is good and value for money.

Used to use fibre gel drinks and I hated them. These are maybe not as effective and they are quite pricey, however, to not have to taste anything and just have a capsule with a drink of water is fine by me. I haven't had any side effects and they do work.
