Review: I got it from Kickstarter, I like it so far. - I am a kickstarter back of this product. After long wait, I got it in a well-packed package. After I opened the package, it took me some time to get familiar with the operations. The complete Chinese-English documents and video tutorials on YouTube surely helped me a lot. Later I even found there is a dedicated community of DOBOT MOOZ on Facebook for 3D printing enthusiasts to communicate with each other. And of course, I requested to join the group and got accepted. I found that lots of active backers are sharing their thoughts and experiences and uploading video tutorials that are extremely helpful for beginners. I used the 3D printer unit regularly, it always give me a satisfied result. I did not try the laser and CNC yet, but I will try them later. Overall, it is a good product with the unique design.
Review: Good hardware, buggy software, and non-existent service - First the good thing. The hardware of the printer is solid. It is very easy to assemble, despite the instruction is written in poor english. The biggest issue is the (non-existent) service. The item I received had a ripped screw hole on the heater bed. It is clearly a quality-control failure. I contacted the manufacture about the issue, but three weeks later, all I got back has been silence. The printer is still barely usable, as I am quite experienced with 3d printers and find another way to attach the bed. Overall I wouldn't recommend this printer, especially for new 3d printer users.

We tried personally for several days and then hired experts and cannot get this product to work. We got the laser on but could not control it. The other functions we couldn’t even get one.
