I read somewhere that Wlliam Blake near the end of his life leaned over impromptu to a child seated next to him at dinner and exclaimed: “I hope you experience the joy in your life that I’ve had”. It spans a few years, so it is a nice collection if you do not have much Trane in your collection. Sound quality is excellent! Disc 1 has BLUE TRAIN & GIANT STEPS. Disc 2 has SOULTRANE (mono) & OLE COLTANE. Disc 3 has: MY FAVORITE THINGS & AFRICA BRASS. No extra alternate takes, no booklet.
