I like the sublingual K2 as I don't absorb well, so this is the best option for me. And I'm thankful that I found a good K2 mk4 that is sublingual from a reputable company. I've taken this supplement for awhile now and my calcium levels remain in the normal range while taking high dose D3 so I guess it's working!

Pleasant tasting. You can crunch it. I take D3 and this is supposed to make it easier for your body to absorb. I don't know if it works for me or not. I do not notice anything different. But I was told to take it. Little bit expensive.

Superior Source is a great company if you haven't heard of them before. I've been using them for a few years as they offer excellent customer service, and the ingredients in their sublingual tablets enters directly into the blood. Bypassing the liver. The body can utilize the vitamin quicker and more efficiently. This is an excellent, high-quality MK-4 product. It's a good dosage, and I use it daily for bone density, cardiovascular health, and longevity, especially when I'm taking Vitamin D3. These instant dissolve tablets are gone in just a few seconds under the tongue (the best method) and are semi-sweet and good tasting.

I've been giving my family K2 for the last 8 years. When I first started there was (and continues to be) a lot of buzz around MK-7 (the vegan version) and most products are formulated with that. However, after many years I've come to realize my family not only doesn't respond to MK-7 for the tooth benefits, it only responds well to HIGH DOSES of MK-4. It's very difficult to find high enough doses of MK-4, particularly in a chewable/swallow form for my youngest kids. Although I do not consider this a high enough dose (it's actually the same amount as the previous brand I used for years, Innovix) for older kids, it's good to have another option available and I felt more comfortable giving the chalky tablet to my young toddler instead of the gel cap. It does work, their teeth stay in good shape with a regular nightly maintenance dose. When they get bigger (around 3) I move them to 2 Innovix gel caps (each of theirs contains the same 500mcg but is slightly cheaper as now I need to increase to 1000 mcg total), and when they get to be able to swallow pills they graduate to the small Carlson 5mg capsule. As long as they don't skip too many days of this, their teeth stay plaque/cavity free and without crumbling with increased brightness.

Histamine problems this will make you zombie agitated or anxity be careful w K2s in general
