I have tried KONJAC noodles before and they can leave you with a unpleasant tummy ache. These sachets haven’t had any effect like that however they smell pleasing enough but they lack taste in my opinion and in my opinion the 100 calories per pack would be better spent on something else. The pretzels and cheese bites are nice, and are similar in calories as other snacks such as Popchips, skips or Walkers Baked crisps although the pack size is quite small and leave you wanting more. All the things in it are tasty and I found I didn't get hungry providing that I ate when I was supposed to and followed the timetable for the plan properly. There is a useful meal planner for the 7 days to mix up the contents with proper meals. All items tasted good apart from the meal replacement bar which tasted very sweet and grainy.
