Great Truck Fair Price
Great truck I customized it. If you tear it apart to paint the interior and plan to load up the roof rack with props like I did then I would put some weight in the cab while it’s open to make it better at climbing without tipping over. It comes with lots of accessories and spare parts. Check all screws for tightness so parts don’t fall off while you’re trucking outside. I lost the U-joint from a loose screw and had to take a spare from another truck.

Outstanding value
I can't believe something like this even exists for under 100.00. If you are a newbie like me this is perfect. Although not quite "hobby grade" level this truck is more fun out of the box than you could ever imagine. I've seen so many reviews as to how this truck cant move at a slow steady pace or crawl. Wrong on both counts. They now have apparently have corrected this with proportional throttle and steering. I can go smooth and slow crawl without the slightest glitch. I ordered a pair of higher capacity batteries and some new softer crawler tires and wheels - and Im still under 100.00 total !! Definitely gonna pick up a few more of these little crawlers.

Just such a fun, cheap truck.
I'm interested in getting rc rock crawlers and this looked cool to just get a feel for it. This thing is so fun. It is very generic, but very usable. The trigger is variable so you can go as slow as you want or as fast as it can. Sure it has terrible sensitivity, but it is cheap. Has a tiny cute rechargeable battery you keep inside the hood. The lights turn on. All the bits like the snorkel and door handles are not attached and you can add them if you want, or don't. I put it all on, then promptly went outside and lost one of the mirrors. lol. They weren't on great, but I don't care about the mirrors. And this has been such a fun little truck to just zoom around the house and the yard. I plan on chasing geese with it to get them to stop pooping on my sidewalks and driveway. Just tons of fun for a pretty great price really.

Beautiful truck, runs and drives but doesn't crawl well
Looks awesome. Fully functional. But doesn't slow crawl anything like a c24 does. I do like the new suspension but wish it hade the motor and electric tropics from the c24 or c74

Great for beginners
So in being a novice in the RC world, I wanted to try this model. I was wanting to test and see if it was a fun as it looked to control. I am also scouting christmas gifts for this year. The truck itself was a little bigger than I imagined. After taking it out of the packaging and reading the instructions, I got underway. I set up a light obstacle course of various size rocks. It crawled over them with ease. Took it over to some grass with mulch around a tree. The truck handled it without effort. There are limitations, as trying to climb a slick surface at a 35 to 40 degree angle, the truck couldn't get traction. But if you find size appropriate terrain, you will have great fun. The motor is a little on the noise side(not a brushless motor).Do realize that almost all the suspension is plastic, and that you can't go full throttle when climbing terrain. This is NOT a fast truck, but it does have the power needed to handle 4wd applications. As for the battery, I ran the truck for almost 1 and half hours and the truck was not showing signs of slowing down. The caveat is that I have only been working this RC unit for only a few hours, with only 2 battery charges. I do plan on buying a few of these for Christmas gifts. Happy 4 wheeling everyone.

Disappointed grandson
Disappointed grandson Christmas morning because the truck was already broken when opened. Linkage to the wheels from the motor was broken. Never even tried the battery. Returned product for refund.

This is sick!
As my first RC rock crawler, this thing is amazing. When I first looked into something like this, I wanted to have the ability to mod it and get upgrade parts. I found Axial, and although their Bronco is $160, I found this WPL here. So it turns that after thinking this is going to be some cheap RC car that I’ll lose interest in after a while and it dies or whatever, boy was I wrong! This thing is sweet. WPL is apparently a very well known community, and their website has plenty of upgrade parts! I was as excited as a school boy when I play with this. So naturally, after adding on the pieces I went out in the snow and had fun lol I was ecstatic it had headlights! The suspension has plenty of travel, tires have pretty good grip even in the snow. Trigger actuation on the handheld is smooth and the feedback allows you to tell where the engagement points are. I have no issues with this, and I can’t wait to start upgrading! Update 10/12/24: I’ve upgraded a few parts, wheels, tires, driveshafts and suspension in the last few pics as an example of what can be done! I haven’t scratched the surface yet with the mods, so I haven’t plenty more on my list. Wheels and Tires: Injora 1.3” wheels tire set S5 swamp claw mud terrain tires

Awesome little crawler
Great intro into RC. Especially rock crawling. Built solidly and worked right out the box. Lots of customization options to boot!

Stopped steering motor just after 35 days
Can't steer anymore, can't even return as it's over amazon's 30 day return policy. Very poor quality built product.

Great product
We loved the product. The only problem it had was its body was made of plastic but other than that its amazing

Plastic drive shaft coupling broke immediatly. 🤷🏻♂️
A real bummer. I repainted this truck because it has a great body but the factory colour was a bit bland. Anyhow, after hours of painting and weathering, first trip out and on level ground the front drive shaft coupling that fits onto the motor shaft split and fell off. Instantly useless, because the rear wheels couldn’t push the truck alone. Now I’m trying to find metal replacements but I’m concerned the differential gears will strip or break because I think they’re also plastic.
