High quality and beautiful
Very good, I think it's high quality, you can tell by the feel of it, and I think it's perfect for what I plan to carry inside this pouch..

So cute and unique
I’m sorry, I hate to be the person who doesn’t include pictures, but Amazon told me they’d tell me a joke if I completed additional reviews after I wrote another, so I’m writing this on the fly but have been wanting to for a while so I’ll update when I can! As every other hide and drink product I’ve had, the quality of this stands the test. The leather is sturdy yet pliable and nice to touch. You just won’t find another first aid kit that has this outdoorsy/ elevated look. I actually got this to attach to my dogs harness for our emergency supplies and to hold his medication in his sleepover bag when we visit my boyfriend. Now, I want to get another so I can have one on each side of him like a little medic backpack lol. It is the right size to hold enough of any other personal first aid kit or a few standard prescription bottles and is adjustable. Haven’t had any issues with things falling out but they’re kept upright. If you have a biker, hiker, or cabin goer you will need to get this for them to add to their look.

A good pouch to keep on hand
This is a good first aid pouch so far. The 2 side loops happen to fit my epi-pens perfectly. They're snug tight, which means I won't lose them because they won't slip out. I'm a first responder at an elementary school, and the first aid kit fits perfectly as well. You just never know when you might need a first aid kit on hand, and I've been in situationswhen having a kit close by would have been nice. It fits well in my belt without being too bulky, and the quality seems solid. As for the durability, I'll find out soon.

I wish they made more of these.
Ordered one of these and Amazon didn't quite make the delivery. Inclimate weather stopped them from being able to deliver. Not their fault at all, but I think I missed out on an awesome product because they're all out of stock by the time I came back to grab a replacement. I fully recommend all of their products, they're great and long lasting if you take care of them. Please make more! I wanna buy one for myself and my wife. Thank you! Edit: This pouch is stellar. It's good for a small first aid kid, I wouldn't put anything substantial in here. You could do maybe a good bit of gauze, wound cleaning, wound care type kit. Maybe a pain killer or antihistamines, insect bites, stuff like that but nothing major or big. It's quite small. Maybe if you're cool enough to wear a fanny pack, this would make a great companion to an amusement park fanny pack, fellas.

Great for tactical bags, not so much for the belt.
I love the style and feel of this case. It’s durable and holds plenty of everyday-carry first aid supplies. The major disadvantages are that the case is too short from top to bottom for the leather sleeves on the sides to be very practical. They’re great for short pens or markers, but standard size writing utensils or stick lights dangle below the bottom edge, catching on things and making it hard to carry on a belt. It’s best to attach this pouch to the outside of a backpack or purse if you’re going to carry it regularly. I didn’t want zippers, and the buttonhole closure is ideal for my needs. It works great for what I bought it for, but definitely not something I’d carry everyday if I didn’t bring my satchel everywhere.

Great belt mounted first aid kit
This is a well made pouch. I use it for a personal first aid kit. It holds a cat tourniquet, Israeli bandage, and a couple chest seals along with some other smaller items. It’s easy to pop open but due to the leather being soft it makes it a little difficult to close one handed, really that’s the only drawback. I would recommend this product.

Pouch nice-closure awful.
Used for holding drawing pens-pencils. One of the metal posts has pulled through leather and now I can’t close securely. Poor design.
