I take this immediately after a workout and it can be felt before I even make it home. Longer of the pump feeling after, no real hunger cravings right away, and a great taste no less. Worth every dime because it works.

This blends very easily for the most part and there is still some left over, but not much, from very mild shaking or stirring. It tastes decent but I can detect the sucralose. I wouldn't have this as a 'refreshing beverage' but for the bcaa. "Sensoril" appears to me as a sort of Ashwagandha and when I view it elsewhere I see fairly high amounts available alone as a supplement at relatively low costs. I believe BCAAs are good and I like the ratio. At issue, though, is how much someone can get from not just a protein shake, but certain food sources such as eggs, or, cottage cheese at night (which has a kind of protein that digests slowly). A VERY crucial aspect of muscle recovery AND BUILDING is protein and how long it processes. The body can process about 10g protein per hour and some foods due to how quickly they digest, are not utilized. Have all the BCAAs one wants in this scoop, but without protein there are going to be some issues. Which is to say, this isn't complete without eating something with it after a workout. Therefore, it's useful, but gets 3 stars.

I'll fully admit that the main reason I get these products is to flavor water so I drink more of it. Any additional benefits from the product are a bonus. This is a large, highly reusable plastic tub with the scoop hiding at the bottom. (I found it! Hang a right at the dessicant packet and there we were.) The container had a plastic band around the screw-off lid, with another piece over the bottom of the jar that had slightly opened, leaving some powder between the lid and the outermost plastic layer. It doesn't look tampered with, though, so I forged ahead. Serving size is stated to be one scoop per 12-16 ounces of water. Typically these drinks are really strong mixed as advised, so I cut the powder amount in half. Using just a fork to mix it in a glass with tap water, it did take some enthusiasm to mix it in - a shaker cup would probably work better. There's some residual foam at the top of the cup, so I went with a straw to enjoy the beverage. The flavor, even at half strength, is still quite potent. There's a hint of artificial sweetener, but not so much that it's making me dump it immediately. Other than the head of foam on top, everything else mixed in pretty well. The aroma also matches the flavor, which is nice. Overall one of the better tasting ones I've tried, I will enjoy this.
