**Q: Can you eat this raw or does it have to be warmed up?**
A: Use in cake mixture and baking

**Q: Can i use this to put in a topping as rice flour for tiger bread**
A: I’ve never made tiger bread but I use it in other recipes that ask for rice flour.

**Q: Is this product gluten free?**
A: I'm not sure if this is gluten free.  I have looked it up on the Internet and cannot find the answer for you.  Perhaps you could contact Whitworths and ask them for the information.  I do not buy it because it may be gluten free.  I just buy it because it makes a very easy milk pudding.  Cooked on the hob it only takes 10-15 minutes of simmering to be ready to eat.  I used to use flaked rice too but cannot seem to buy it now.
