OTOFIX D1 Lite Bidirectional OBD2 Scanner, 38+Reset, All System, FCA SGW

This OTOFIX D1 Lite is straight pressure Plug it in and it gets right to work fast scans, clear codes, and live data that actually makes sense. Touchscreen smooth, no lag, and the updates come easy over Wi-Fi. I use it for real work, not just checking engine lights. ABS, SRS, service resetsit handles business. For the price, this scanner definitely holds its own against more expensive tools. If you need something solid, reliable, and ready to hustle, the D1 Lite is a no-brainer.

Great DIY scanner. I have a few others, but this one really does have so many bi-directional features and hot functions. runs on autel software which is great. Does everything I need it to. Probably slower than professional scanners but if you're not using it all day then who cares!

This scanner has incredible capabilities for its price. I am very pleased.

One of the cooler features the obd2 adapter has a built in flashlight as youre holding it, it lights up exactly where you want to plug it in. This thing is amazing, crazy amount its capable of. Un box it. And be prepared to spend like 1-3 hr updating its systems... Then. I tested it on 2011 Dodge Journey 3.6 pentastar VVT (Variable Valve Timing) i was impressed it not only has features to activate VVT Solenoids, it has a cleaning Process to Clean Cam Phasers, intake and exhaust each bank.. i was also interested in idle control, maybe there are other settings but the one i found i believe only temporarily changes idle for set time limit. Next was a "Cam Crank Relearn" unfortunately thats where everything went badly. The scanner screen froze up, never did complete procedure. Waiting in the car over 45 min almost an hour with car idl8ng screen of tablet said "Cam Crank Relearn In Progress". But nothing. I had to hold the power button in to reboot device. From that point the tablet either got stuck on splash screen, or the unlock screen. where the touch screen didn't respond. Tech Support online recommended to pet the battery go fully Dead and charge again see if that fixed it WTF. For Real? The battery i JUST charged to 100% ???? And ok. How that gonna work. The screen doesnt respond and wont stay on more than 5 sec. That will take like 2 weeks of me pressing the power button to light the screen up until it finally goes dead. They got jokes. Tried hooking up to pc. And a few other things but im afraid its bricked Amazon Agreed to Return/Refund. Seemed that would be Faster/Less Headache than Items customer support.... Unfortunately i think ill have to try a different brand cause here out ill always ve wondering when and if it gonna freeze like that again And when it happened i ran a search for advice apparently whole lot of this Model # do it like maybe the 3rd or 5th time aomeone goes to use it apparently...m

It is a nice diagnostic tool and provides much more functionality than the standard hand held code reader I've used. Bought this primarily to bleed the ABS brake system since it has an automated bleed function that runs the ABS pump in order to fully drain the old brake fluid. It connected to my wireless router/hub for downloads/updates. It did not auto-detect my VIN#, so had to key it in. It comes with a nice heavy duty plastic case, but the cutouts for housing some of the accessories could fit better. It'd also be nice if the iPad mini sized diagnostic tablet has a rear kickstand for setting on the ground. Finally, there were no meaningful instructions included, so had to download the manual, which is not very intuitive, but was able to figure things out. Also, the free download updates are good for two years after which it'll cost $119 for a year's worth of updates. But still, all in all worth the money if you have multiple vehicles and desire more in-depth diagnostics than just a code scanner.

It does what it says it does if you know how to use this thing it will save you thousands of dollars specially dealing with the mechanics so you can even have this on your front seat passenger side when you take it to the mechanic and I’m telling you when they see that thing they’re not gonna play with you they gonna immediately think this person knows what they’re doing. I love that you can look at a graph. If you know how to use it. It works great don’t get me wrong. I don’t know a whole lot about cars, but I have some experience little schooling on my belt things that I don’t know are understand I just take a picture of it and send it to ChatGPT and he always stare me in the right direction. Even ChatGPT admitted that this tool I have is really cool. lol highly highly recommended oh and one more thing I almost forgot it’s really a downer for some type of reason. This tool only works with the charger that came with it so do not lose that plug because the device will not work/charge and also the case that comes with your tool is very durable and has a really neat design to it overall I love this thing spend your money wisely

Very easy to use interface, feature rich. This is great mid level automotive computer. I like the wireless bluetooth interface because there are no cords to get tangled or shut in the door. So far it has been compatible with all of the foreign and domestic cars and trucks I have tried it on. It has a lot of the features of the $1000+ scanners but way more affordable.

This does everything i need at a professional shop. It’s not the fastest but it got everything you need. The data pids are better then snap on and the bidirectional Control is awesome. Being wireless I can test under the vehicle and watch the results on this scan tool.

Absolutely amazed 😳 I connected it to a brand new Nissan Quashqai E Power it picked up the car instantly it gave the options and I was able to fix the minor issue in in 10 mins. A brand new car with only a couple of miles on. Let that sink in.... It's just amazing and comes with 2 years of updates it's nearly paid for itself in the first week of using it. Blown away. Not I also bought the BL1 from autel to accompany it to test batteries. Flawless design. The UI is basic but it's all it needs! 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 5 stars for the usability / the fact so far I've not found any vehicles this unit can't fix companies like this deserve to be at the top of the Amazon feed 👍. The box it comes in is so sturdy you can just chuck the thing in the van the protective case it has on the tablet has been dropped from 8ft (by accident might I add) and the tablet didn't flinch the case is very durable. It connects fantastically for updates but the BL1 requires a usbc cable which is a tiny bit of a let down as it can't find it via Bluetooth might be just me. Highly portable The functions are awesome just right for the price paid 💰 It is so versatile that it's connected to everything even a ecu! Well Nissan ecu anyway. Great item well worth every penny
