Excellent cleansing programme especially good to be done during periods of transition between seasons.  Makes you feel light and clean inside.  The weight gradually drops off and the bloating disappears as the body begins to heal itself.  Joints don't ache so much as  waste material from around the joints and muscles is eliminated.  The kidneys feel cleaner and digestive system much lighter.  I found that I felt less irritable as it seemed to eliminate toxins from the whole body as time went on (7 days is my maximum so far and is probably enough though 14 days are recommended).My body began to sing. This cleansing programme and gentle yoga and a dose of positive thought is ideal as autumn turns to winter.

good book i did the cleanse it was really good and i lost about 2 stone, my skin became so clear and vibrant but like with any cleanse if you dont keep it up you can go back and i put weight on after though i will do this again and i definetly felt like it boosted my health!

Really not worth buying.  Just look it up on the internet and you will find everything that you can find in this flimsy, thin book.  It is more like an expanded leaflet.  Like a free giveaway, just not free.
