Slow open/close mechanism broke
This product is very good. However, after 4months of using it, the spring came off and the lid which slowly used to close is now slamming. Other then this I have not faced any issues

Does the job well
Large enough in size for our household. I like the style and color. Although it came with a few scratches on the lid. But all in all, it is a good addition to our kitchen.
