**Q: Is this lip balm like flexitol**
A: Sorry, I do not know flexitol so I can't compare. I have tried all sorts of lip balms & this is the best for me. If you want to use it with a lipstick  you can do so with just a little on top but I use it on it's own. Hope this helps.
