I dont care if it damages the wall does it damage the poster? If so in what ways?

My posters were laminated, it didn't damage them or the walls. It just didn't stick. After about an hour, the posters began to slip off the wall and in another hour they were all on the floor. The Blu-tack was stretched between the walls and the poster like if you took gum and pulled it until it began to break. It was worthless, trust me. You are better getting 3-m double sided if they are going to stay a while.

Question 2

How does this product hold up under heat.  Such as if one were to hang something over a window to reduce heat.  Would this product hold up?

Use under speakers in pea sized balls 4 to a 4 corner Speaker stand top plate. Once pressed down it is very strong in holding 20lb speakers.When I filled the stands with sand I almost couldn't get the speakers off the blue tak works so effectively......my 2 cents

Hi, if one applies the stuff to walls and later removes it, will it remove paint?  thanks

I did this on my wall to hold an item temporarily, it didn't remove the paint but you just have to be very slow and careful when removing the tack off the wall. However, it also depends on your wall's paint though, I believe different paints could have different results. My wall's paint have glossy coating so I wouldn't know if it were to be applied on a matte coating.

Question 4

I want to stick a plastic tea light to the underside of a metal lid (light up the jar). The tea light will be upside down. Will this hold for long?

The plastic tea light is LED, right? These are very light and create no heat. The only heat would be environmental (if you leave closed jar in direct sunlight, for example) otherwise, you should be fine. Just be careful not to get the product in the switch or the battery compartment since it could cause mechanical and electrical problems.
