**Q: What are the dimensions of this item?**
A: Hi the dimensions are 21.5cm x 16.5cm.

**Q: Is this sale for a pair of knee pads? Product Specification says = 1.**
A: Yes you get a pair of them, but they are quite firm and I found they always moved to the wrong place and I ended up kneeling on the edges, which was not very comfortable.

Perfect fit into my work trousers, very light ,yet cushions my knees

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but the backing isn't as soft as big brands

Happy enough with these for the price but I spray-glued some 1/2" upholstery foam to the back of them to make them as comfortable as my old (now ruined) more expensive branded knee pads. If you're going to be using these every day then I'd suggest tbe bigger names unless you want to glue on some softer padding but if it's just for a few jobs over a long weekend then it's fine and will mean you don't squeal when you accidentally kneel on a dropped screw...
