Spending a little bit extra means that the sides are made from metal and the handle feels more sturdy. The case came wrapped in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box which did not seem to offer much in the way of protection. Mine was a "warehouse deal" as it had 2 deep scratches from something which had gone through the packaging. I am fine with this, as I am sure I will add some scratches of my own in time. Lid pockets are great and the brackets hold the lid in position well.

Good depth to the briefcase. It holds all that I need it to hold. Seems to be good quality all round.

A good large metal brirfcase.
This is a very good replacement for my existing briefcase that has lasted ten years. If this lasts as long it will see me out to my retirement. The depth of the case is what drew me to it as I carry my lunch to work. The fact it has no writing slope was also a plus. Been metal makes it very rugged provided you don’t mind dents and scratches. Have noticed that the aluminium has been colour lacquered as I have managed to scratch the bottom of the case.

Good quality
This is the best briefcase I have bought. Really good quality, and holds lots of weight. My husband packs this to it's capacity. He has had this for some time now. I wanted to safe my review until he had had it at least six months to see if it would come up to expectations. IT DOES

Reiable well made case
Son was delighted it fitted all requirements and is well made. Yes its more expensive than some, but it is aluminium all round, locks well and looks and feels as though it will last. Glad I chose this over other makes.
