After a few cake loaves came out wonderfully,I got bold and decided to play around with a pizza dough recipe everyone raves about, and make it into a French bread loaf.Omg. Leaves a good crust, size is ok but still smaller than a commercial loaf in every dimension. If it was at least as wide as a real loaf I would not mind that it is short and narrow . It is deep enough almost to support a proper loaf, better than most offered for home use. We know that the pans that make bread the size we can buy exist.
