**Q: Is this gel preservative free?**
A: No. I'd recommend VitaPOS Eye Ointment instead. Using gels/drops that contain preservatives actually worsens drye eye conditions. To my mind, all over the counter eye drops should be preservative-free; people who use ordinary drops every day are damaging their eyes and yet there's not even a warning on the packs!

I have extremely dry eyes which had become bloodshot and irritated I was constantly blinking and my eye lids were constantly red. After one application, my eyes became more comfortable and by the end of the first week, they feel and look almost normal again. After having chronic dry eye for years and trying prescribed eye drops as well as every other i could ,and nothing working well, this is what I landed on , and it's amazing! It's cleared up my dry eye,I it only once a day instead of like the others I was using 20 times daily!!! It's a bit runny so hold your eye open and move your eyeball around until its sunk in. It's pricy but amazing relief and I'm so glad I found something that works!!!!
