These work great. I can drink some milk when I use them.

I can take small amounts of lactose but can't drink a whole glass of milk without getting sick. So, these drops are a cheap way to ingest milk without buying the expensive lactose-free milk. I use about 12-14 drops for a 2 litre container of regular milk. It takes about 48 hours to activate.

I used these drops to de-lactose a bag of milk... Yes a bag, we have bags of milk... it's a thing... YES! A BAG! Now get over it... And it seemed to work fine. I may not have used enough, as I am slightly uncomfortable, but I'm not fall down sick. The flavour is a little off, but that could be because I'm not used to regular milk, or it could be the drops, or it could be the other sugars the enzyme converts lactose to. It's not unpleasant, mostly, it just tastes like an unfamiliar brand. I don't really have much to say about the drops, they're a bit expensive, and end up costing as much as lactose free milk itself, but for some effed up reason all of eastern Ontario and western Quebec, seems to be sold out on lactose free milk, leaving this, our only option... Thanks for the save faceless company who makes these.
