The result was a really smooth creamy fluffy shaved ice from the machine. Overall I’m quite happy with the result. I wish there were more molds to make the frozen disks with!It melts WAY faster than at a cafe, but this could be that my house is warmer or my freezer doesn’t freeze as cold.Each silicone mold has 2 discs for a total of 4 discs. Filled roughly 3 discs with mango, and two discs with half&half as a rough measure to throw into blender. It was a great deal. It almost work like a commercial shape ice machine close to maybe like 80-90% it’s not going to shave the fluffiest ice unless you use the materials that will help enhance that quality like if you use frozen mango it will have that like a ribbon of shave ice texture.
