- IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: This distal end cutter is designed ONLY for thicker orthodontic wires from 0.014" to 0.019×0.025". NOT compatible with very thin flexible NiTi wires or wires below 0.014". Improper use on unsupported wire types may damage the cutting tip.
- IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTION: Properly align the cutting edge with the orthodontic wire before applying pressure. Incorrect angle or twisting during use may bend the wire or damage the cutting edge.
- EASY TO CUT THE BRACES WIRE: If the braces wire pokes to your cheek at the end, this pliers is the solution. Just engage the wire and cut it in a second. When you use these pliers it will also hold the cut-off part and will not let it to injure the cheek.
- MORE VISIBILITY IN USE AND SOFT EDGES: The cutting area remains more visible because of its small cutting edges. The edges are smooth and will not hurt the cheeks or lips.
- EASY TO CLEAN: The 100% stainless steel construction makes the wire cutter easy to clean and they can be fully autoclaved without fear. It is a safe and hygienic choice for medical procedures.

Terrible. It is the middle of the night. I ordered these months ago, when my son first got his braces on because I figured they’d be useful to have around. Took them out of the package tonight because it’s the first time we have needed to use them. The moment I touched them to the braces wire, the tip of the cutter broke off and went flying, rendering them useless. It’s going to be a long night with a wire poking his tongue all night. Don’t waste your money. Buy something better.
