Naked Rice is grown throughout Southeast Asia and processed there as well. We package in Northern California. **Q: What is the difference between rice protein compared to others such as pea protein and whey protein besides being vegan or not?** A: if you do some research online, there are articles recommending a blend of different protein powders to get a whole protein. for example, if you blend pea and rice proteins, it is more beneficial than either one alone. **Q: It says it's tested for heavy metals.
