I have it installed on a 51.6v battery 100ah as a parallel additional battery to a power station system. The readings all appear accurate and steady. Have had no problems at all so far. If there were any negatives at all, it might be that you need to be looking almost directly into the monitor to see the readout well. Not easy to read from an angle.

This single rib shunt is a good product, just as described. I have it installed on a 51.6v battery 100ah as a parallel additional battery to a power station system. The readings all appear accurate and steady. Have had no problems at all so far. If there were any negatives at all, it might be that you need to be looking almost directly into the monitor to see the readout well. Not easy to read from an angle.

Tough call, had it on the bench using calibrated test equipment. Met every spec and then some. Now the bad news, the LCD is display has to be something from the 90's. Horizontal off-axis viewing is near zero approaching 25°. Vertical, it's probably less than 15°. Didn't measure, I just knew it wasn't going to work in my application. Don't even dream about using it outdoors, unless the sun has set and you have the backlight on. It deserves 4 stars for it stellar accuracy and value.
