Are the bottoms ground flat so there’s no wobble?

Quality control may have suffered in the years since this question was asked, because I just received two 45 lb bells and they are EXTREMELY wobbly.

How tall is the 20lb?

Mine is the 35#. Stands 10 inches off the floor to the top of the handle. All of them should be about the same.

Are these kettlebells painted or powder coated?

If you mean do they have a smooth or satin surface...smooth. The powder coat is paint that's baked on at the factory so it flows into all the tiny voids in the surface and solidifies. If it were really 'painted' like with a brush there might be areas that didn't get covered leaving a pit for rust to form. No problem with that on these KBs.
