Gingermint Green HiCAF Tea

This flavor is calming/centering - I love ginger and I love mint, so I wasn't surprised when I like this combo. Both flavors can be quite strong, but this is balanced with a green tea that shines through -- it's a HINT of ginger/mint. The extra caffeine gives me a nice boost in the afternoon. Perfect choice when coffee is 'too much' but slogging through the afternoon isn't cutting it, either. New favorite tea!

This is the best of the HiCaf line, and honestly the only green tea I really like. The ginger and mint balance out the green so it doesn’t become bitter like other green teas. I like to drink it after lunch when the ginger & mint help with digestion and the caffeine helps me get through the rest of the day. If you didn’t like the other HiCaf varieties (I didn’t) I’d still give this one a shot. It does contain less caffeine than them, but I find it gives me a focused clarity without the usual over-caffeinated jitters, even if I have a few cups.

I have used Republic of Tea products for many years. This is my first time purchasing this flavor. The potency is not as strong as I had hoped. The flavor is fine.

I LOVE this tea. Just bought my second tin and have a feeling it's going to continue to be my go to choice for caffeine. There is a light green tea flavor, but the addition of gingermint adds something more interesting - a little hint of spice. I love that this is 50 mg of caffeine rather than 100 mg, so it's especially perfect for an afternoon pick me up that's not going to leave you jittery, although I usually drink it in the morning. I've found that making the switch to this tea is way better than coffee. Highly recommend! UPDATE DECEMBER 2017: This is still the only tea I keep at my desk at work and drink every single day. Still love the flavor and still love the low caffeine levels. I haven’t had a coffee since!

This flavor of tea is outstanding and for someone who has heart flutters with to much caffeine it's perfect.

This has really helped stave off the late day caffeine headache. I wanted to stop drinking coffee daily as I need a sweetener and creamer which is not that great so early in the morning. I dont need anything in my teas so this was a wonderful alternative

This tea tastes fine, but there are two issues with it. First it contains a lot of (hopefully) tea dust that lands at the bottom of my cup. Secondly I really wish it contained more caffeine. Zest Tea is more expensive but doesn't have either of these issues.
