We have never refreshed it but decided to after some major decorating. The process is fairly easy to follow and the Remove liquid did a good job before the Refresh is applied. It goes on very easily with the applicstor in the starter box and after two coats with the second one at 90 degs to the first you just leave it to dry; which in our case took about 5 hours, but would be much quicker in the summer. The end result is brilliant, it does look and feel like new and this was seen on the non Karndean LVT tiles as well. The quoted coverage on the bottle is quite low when compared to how much we actually used (which was why we purchased the 2 litre bottle rather than the 750ml to go with the 750ml bottle we already had in the starter box. Also, I think it depends on how long your flooring has been down. If it's several years ago, I would have thought the glue would be so old that it was fully set. I therefore do not think it can be used with a Karcher floor cleaner. When I washed it recently the pattern really stood out, but it dulled again when dry so I thought about a product to give more of a wet look finish but not too much shine. Most reviewers seemed to recommend the Amtico product instead of this - saying it gives a better shine and makes more of a difference. After purchasing the Amtico and then this, I don't agree. The Amitico gave too much of a shine, whilst the Karndean product did exactly what I wanted .... a nice matt sheen, not too dull, not too bright ... it really brought the floor back to life. Very happen, recommend this over the Amtico.
