Shipping was fast and easy, the packaging was not damaged and all items were included. There are quite a few steps in the instruction manual but it's actually fun trying to figure it out and doesn't make you want to discus it out the window if you complete a step incorrectly. There is no volume control for all of the sounds (it is a busy toy audio wise with a lot of sound effects and music) so that is the only downside but it makes up for it with engagement and keeping one busy.
