You can attach a couple fans under the desk and a couple on top - boom, perfection. Works great. Handles four fans with lights easy. Doesn't control led separately, it's on or off. I've used it for 6+ months now. It will run for 12+ hours without issue. Haven't really left it running longer. The brick gets a little warm, but not as hot as a laptop charger.
