The gentleman was very helpful and even did video chat with me through WhatsApp. If I had any critiquing to do, it would be better directions and better videos of showing how to assemble the jig and a way to be able to hold it up to the top of the jamb And set all the positions on each of the hinges at the same time. It is very difficult to do and is almost a two person job. The wheels you turn to tighten the positions are not very user-friendly. I saw a video on their website that shows an area for an Allen Key to be able to be used as leverage but unfortunately, the one I bought does not contain that so it is very difficult to spin and tighten/loosen.
