Review: Cutting wire is thin, but still strong - Holy Moly. Making egg salad is a lit easier. I used this slicer to make my egg salad. Ok, it's not life changing, but it saved me several minutes of chopping and dicing eggs. I just slice them with this crazy little chicken and continue. The slices break up while adding other ingredients. I actually like the slightly larger egg pieces. I am concerned however, because the small gauge wire may break if there's too much pressure or a hard piece of food in it. But I'll be extra careful to help it last longer. So far, several dozen eggs and counting...

Holy Moly. Making egg salad is a lit easier. I used this slicer to make my egg salad. Ok, it's not life changing, but it saved me several minutes of chopping and dicing eggs. I just slice them with this crazy little chicken and continue. The slices break up while adding other ingredients. I actually like the slightly larger egg pieces.
