Great product (so far!)
So far, I’m really impressed by this product. It’s my first time ever using a tear stain remover, having recently gotten a cream puppy. I have been using this product at least once a day for 3 weeks and I am very happy with the result. I’ll be continuing to use it and monitor progress. As it’s only been 3 weeks and her tear stains were fresh (she’s now 11 weeks old) I can’t comment on older stains.

No results yet
The description says this product works on saliva stains which is why I ordered it. It doesn't seem to have worked so far but it is easy enough to apply and appears to be gentle on my dog's skin. It's worth noting that you apply it then have to rinse it off so some people might find it more awkward to use on tear stains if their dog isn't keen on having their facial area bathed.

Didn’t work
Bought this for a friends light coloured. Shiztzu, as I was looking after him. He has tear stained eyes, so I wanted to try and remove the stains. It didn’t work at all. I really tried and followed directions, day after day. Achieved a very slight improvement, but nothing of significance. Worth trying as it may work on your dog, but sadly I can’t recommend.
