Review: Great product, terrible shipping package - The product itself is great and the gluten free breadsticks are a real delight. The product shipment packaging left a lot to be desired as most of my breadsticks were broken in transit. I usually like to leave the crumb mess making to myself and not have it done for me, prior to consuming my new delicious snack. For those that have gone gluten free you may have just given up on anything really tasting good anymore. You start looking forward to rice crackers, corn chips, and soy products like no gluten loving human should have to. These breadsticks will bring back memories of the good times, before gluten assaulted your entire body. When you went to an Italian restaurant and received these thin breadsticks as a lovely appetizer (ok not these breadsticks..use your imagination). And then the rest of it is really nothing like an Italian restaurant since I can't find anything gluten free there. Enjoy. Review: No longer a stick--more like a crouton - I LOVE this brand of gluten free products. They have some fantastic items and, although this product has a wonderful taste and crunch--the crunch is it's downfall. I had a case delivered to my home and every package was broken. Not one stick made it. It was more like croutons. Too bad. I was really needing bread "sticks" for my diet and due to the broken pieces, it made it difficult to calculate calorie intake. Won't buy this product online again. ## Features - One 5.3 oz. package of Gluten Free Italian Breadsticks - Certified Gluten-Free breadsticks baked to a golden perfection - Perfect for a meat and cheese board or wrapped in prosciutto - Also lactose-free, preservative-free and non-GMO - Trans fat-free ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B001E5E2G8 | | Best Sellers Rank | #116,655 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) #491 in Bread & Cheese Sticks | | Brand | Schär | | Brand Name | Schär | | Container Type | Box | | Customer Reviews | 3.5 out of 5 stars 135 Reviews | | Item Package Weight | 0.91 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 150 Grams | | Item weight | 150 Grams | | Model Number | 81180-65827 | | Number of Pieces | 20 | | Number of pieces | 20 | | Package weight | 0.91 Kilograms | | Part Number | 81180-65827 | | Specialty | Vegetarian | | UPC | 810757010074 | | Unit Count | 156.74 Milliliters | | Unit count | 156.74 Milliliters | ## Product Details - **Item weight:** 150 Grams - **Number of pieces:** 20 - **Package weight:** 0.91 Kilograms - **Specialty:** Vegetarian - **Unit count:** 156.74 Milliliters ## Images ![SCHAR, BREADSTICKS,ITALIAN,GF 5.3 OZ - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ZFOEoFQRL.jpg) ![SCHAR, BREADSTICKS,ITALIAN,GF 5.3 OZ - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71m0oomJ2LL.jpg) ![SCHAR, BREADSTICKS,ITALIAN,GF 5.3 OZ - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/713nPYS2uSL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, terrible shipping package *by E***H on 17 December 2013* The product itself is great and the gluten free breadsticks are a real delight. Even if you buy them in the grocery store, the breadsticks are sometimes broken. It does not matter to me, as I usually break them in half or fourths. What is important is the taste. They are crunchy and with a good taste. Easy to take with you when dining out, especially good with pasta. Very satisfied. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/540320893-schar-breadsticks-italian-gf-5-3-oz](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/540320893-schar-breadsticks-italian-gf-5-3-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
