Temporary tie-out for use in dog-friendly public spaces, such as cafes and restaurants Review: Favorite - Favorite Review: Hands down my favorite leash ever - This is an incredibly sturdy leash that has features that I love. First: the handhold close to the dog. I have one reactive dog. This is excellent for helping me to get her attention and hold her close in situations like another dog running at us off leash, etc. it's far more safe than having to loop the leash around my hand or something, and far more comfortable for my dog. Second, the option to open the handle with a clip. This is a feature I use pretty much every day in one way or another, whether it's attaching my younger dog to the front railing while I put my elderly dog who doesn't want to walk anymore indoors or attaching the leash to my waist when I want to be hands-free. Overall, excellent strength, comfort, and quality. I have had to replace two of them: One get chewed through by my young dog and the second, one of the parts of the metal clasp broke when my dog suddenly bolted to try to chase a cat that ran by but was connected to a fence at the time (he has not tried that again...). I bought another of the same variety because truly, this is such a great leash (since they discontinued my favorite Kurgo leash which had a similar feature).

Able to hold back big dog.
Nicely made! Quality leash! My dog thinks it the best leash he’s ever had.

The perfect leash
I’ve bought it twice so it must be awesome. The handle unsnaps to hook around a chair/table/railing.

Nice leash with a bungee feature
I really like this leash. It's lightweight yet durable and the little bungee part on the close handle works well. Unfortunately my dog pulled hard enough to tear it today, but it is years old so I bought another.

Not a safe leash
The clip that attaches to dog COMES UNDONE ON ITS OWN. YOU HAD ONE JOB, LEASH

I can not think of any negatives!
I have a 130lb. German Shepherd and I am 5’2”. If he’s on a regular leash and he wants to do a meet and greet, I can’t hold him. This leash I bought for training when he was a pup 9 years ago! The metal buckle has held strong around my waist and the latch to his collar has not even come close to bending. The reason I am buying another is because my daughter took mine home and won’t return it! ;) Love this leash! Negatives: I will add if I can think of any!
