Wonderful piece of kit. Stables and easy to install

Love it!! It’s perfect for my needs. I struggle getting up and out of bed, this really helps. Its height adjustable, feels secure and strong. I like the pockets for my glasses, phone etc. we’ve been charging the light so can’t comment on that yet but I thoroughly recommend this.

I would give this 5* if I had a divan type bed. But I don’t. The mattress drops into a frame and it wasn’t obvious to me at the time of ordering that this item wouldn’t fit properly. That said, minus the legs it does work and so I didn’t return it. The product is good, fits firmly in place and is reassuring knowing it is there. The light attachment is great if needed for those regular trips to the loo, allows enough light without disturbing your partner. I don’t use it, but I did take it on holiday and stuck it to the mirror outside the bathroom! Fab for those first nights when you can be a tad disoriented in a pitch black hotel room 😀 Overall I would recommend this 100% for the correct type of bed. This should perhaps be mentioned in the description.

Easy to put together, I found that putting it in place was difficult on its own. Manoeuvring the mattress out of the way getting the bed rail in place and keeping it there while the mattress was put back.

The item wa received well packed in retail box. The items looks well made and assembly straightforward. However, when assembled and offered to the bed there is a problem the support rail is at the wrong orientation for the safe access or egress of the bed. The support rail should be at right angles to the bed so that the patient can sit on the bed and rise legs to access or reverse to egress. The bars and frame obstruct this safe process.and you cannot alter it because the support is under the mattress. Needs to go back to the drawing board for assessment.

I purchased this bed rail to help during my recovery from hip surgery. When it arrived, it was missing a small plastic piece. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement bed rail. All this happened over a period of three days - one day for delivery, one day for customer support to respond, and one day to receive the replacement. This product is the perfect size to provide safety, while being easy to get around and it is very sturdy. I would buy it again!

Funciona bastante bien, cumple sus objetivos, solo no es lo más fuerte porque si se mueve poco, pero es muy buen producto. Si lo recomiendo si es solo para apoyo extra.

Strong materials. Sturdy. Just slides partially between the mattress and boxspring. Many others that I looked at had to be attached around, across the whole mattress which is a heavy and complicated job. This one doesn't! It helps me with getting into and out of bed much more easily! Wonderful product!
