Depuis lors, je l'utilise très souvent. Très complet, il est livré avec les plateaux en inox et 4 blocs à congeler. Les couvercles coulissent des deux côtés, ce qui permet aux personnes en vis à vis de se servir, c'est très pratique. D'une belle capacité, il m'a permis de garder bien au frais pendant plus de 3 heures les fromages, salades et charcuteries mis à disposition des invités. Si on veut prolonger le temps de réfrigération, il suffit de placer de nouveaux blocs congelés sous les plateaux. Ces blocs étant d'une taille standard, il est facile d'en avoir quelques uns en réserve au congélateur. Depuis son achat, je m'en sers régulièrement pour protéger et garder au frais la viande lors des barbecues. Et également lors des repas fromages. A mon sens, le grand avantage de ce présentoir est qu'il ne nécessite aucun branchement. Il est donc très facile de le déplacer et de le poser sur n'importe quelle surface plane, à l'extérieur également. On peut bien sûr l'utiliser également sans les blocs réfrigérés et, par exemple, servir de rangement élégant dans la cuisine lorsqu'on n'en a pas besoin en tant que présentoir réfrigéré. Niveau nettoyage, rien de plus facile : eau chaude et liquide vaisselle.
